A little round up of some things within the roofing industry that we found interesting, here we go.
Eight roofing apprentices will compete in the final of this year’s SkillBuild competition in Birmingham later this year.It is great to see new blood coming into the roofing industry! Many young kids these days are more bothered about making the newest app, but I doubt there will be an app that can fix a leeky roof any time soon! These young lads are building a trade that will be very useful not just for them, but who they serve in the near future, well done lads. To check out our services then click here
Organised by roofing trade association, the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), 55 UK-based young roofers demonstrated their skills at regional heats between April and July in the hope of starring on the national stage at the NEC on November 17-19.

Next up we have some news on what I believe to be the future of roofing and that ofcourse is green roofing.
